Overview

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Colorless or yellow crystal or liquid with deliquescence. Soluble in ethanol, ether and water. Active chemical property, capable of addition or condensation reaction with ammonia, amide, aldehyde and compound containing carboxyl group

PRODUCT USAGE

1、Used as pharmaceutical intermediate, fabric finishing agent, dye and dye intermediate

2、Used as a shrinkage inhibitor for adhesives and rayon, and also for organic synthesis

3、It can be used as a finishing agent for viscose fiber, an insoluble binder for polyvinyl alcohol, starch, etc., and as a raw material for paint, dye and medicine

4、Glyoxal is the raw material for the preparation of imidazole. Imidazole is an intermediate of fungicides such as mycobacterium inhibiting azole and prochloraz. In addition, glyoxal is mainly used in medicine, textiles, building materials, paper making, daily chemical industry, coatings and bonding materials, and can be used as a dye intermediate.

5、Glyoxal is mainly used in textile industry. As a fiber treatment agent, it can increase the shrinkage and crease resistance of cotton, nylon and other fibers. It is a durable press finishing agent. This use accounts for 80% of the total consumption of glyoxal in Japan. Acetaldehyde is an insoluble adhesive such as gelatin, animal glue, cheese, polyvinyl alcohol and starch. Glyoxal is also used in the leather industry and in making waterproof matches. Glyoxal is a raw material for organic synthesis. 2D resin is prepared by heating and condensation of acetaldehyde, urea and formaldehyde in the presence of sodium carbonate, which is used as a fabric finishing agent; The glyoxal reacts with formaldehyde and ammonium sulfate to cyclically synthesize imidazole, and then the imidazole antifungal drugs such as clotrimazole and miconazole are synthesized; Benzopyrazine is obtained by cyclization of glyoxal and o-phenylenediamine: it is an intermediate of the anti tuberculosis drug pyrazinamide. Hydroxyphenyl acetic acid produced by glyoxal has been industrially produced in Japan as an intermediate of antibiotics and vitamin A series products. Glyoxal is also used in the synthesis of berberine hydrochloride and sulfamethoxypyrazine. It is also used as insect repellent, deodorant, corpse preservative and sand curing agent.

6、107-22-2 (glyoxal) is a fine chemical product with wide use, mainly used in chemical medicine, paper making, spices, coatings, adhesives, daily chemical industry, etc. It can be used to directly synthesize imidazole. 2-methylimidazole, glyoxylic acid, p-hydroxyphenylacetic acid, hydroxycellulose, textile finishing agent, crepe proof and iron free resin, paper making auxiliary, etc.

7、Gelatin, animal glue, cheese and other insoluble adhesives, rayon shrinkage inhibitor, organic synthesis. Mainly used in medicine, textiles, building materials, paper making, daily chemical industry, coatings and bonding materials
